This 2D dashboard runs two identical patient digital twins in parallel from the same starting tumor volume: a one-compartment pharmacokinetic model tracks plasma drug concentration decaying between doses and jumping at each dose event, coupled to a Gompertzian pharmacodynamic model where the current concentration determines how fast the tumor shrinks. One twin follows a fixed dosing schedule no matter what; the other genuinely checks its own simulated plasma concentration before every scheduled dose and withholds it if that concentration is still above the toxicity threshold. The live charts plot tumor volume and plasma concentration for both twins over the same simulated time, so the difference in tumor control and cumulative drug exposure between a fixed protocol and a real closed-loop adaptive strategy is measured directly, not staged.
