Aqueous Outflow Circuit & Intraocular Pressure Dynamics (2D)

This is the 2D counterpart to the 3D aqueous outflow particle simulator, built around the same Goldmann equation but visualized through two linked 2D-native panels instead of a revolved 3D chamber: a hydraulic circuit diagram (tank, inflow pipe, a pressure-driven trabecular valve and a constant uveoscleral bleed valve draining into an episcleral vein reservoir) and an anatomical eye cross-section with its own independent 2D particle flow. Rather than smoothing toward the algebraic IOP value, this model numerically integrates the differential equation dIOP/dt = (F − Fu − C·(IOP − Pv)) / Ce in closed form every frame, so pressure genuinely relaxes toward equilibrium with a time constant τ = Ce/C that you can watch change as you adjust ocular compliance, production, outflow facility, venous pressure and uveoscleral outflow — including the same glaucoma and medication presets.
