TCR-T Avidity Landscape: Hill-Equation Dose-Response & Population Kinetics

TCR-engineered T-cell therapy modifies a patient's own T cells with a designer receptor that recognises a specific peptide fragment presented in an MHC-I molecule on the tumor surface, and every contact is scored by a Hill-type avidity model driven by receptor affinity, peptide-MHC density and antigen-presentation escape. Rather than re-rendering the 3D simulator's tissue field from a different camera angle, this 2D companion exposes that same equation directly: a Kd-versus-antigen-density heatmap shows the full activation-probability surface, with live markers for the tumor's visible and MHC-I-escaped sub-populations, while an independent mean-field kinetic model integrates tumor-cell depletion over time from the same probabilities — a genuinely 2D-native dose-response and population-kinetics view with no analogue in the spatial 3D scene.
