Self-healing polymer composites embed thousands of microscopic capsules of liquid healing agent inside the matrix; when a crack forms, the capsules in its path rupture and bleed the agent into the damage site. This simulator zooms in on the rupture step itself: a 3D field of microcapsules embedded in a translucent matrix block, each carrying its own randomly-sampled fracture threshold from a Weibull weakest-link distribution built on thin-shell hoop-stress theory. Ramp the applied bulk stress and watch capsules burst one by one — never in reverse — releasing a payload of healing-agent particles, while live readouts track the ruptured fraction against the closed-form Weibull prediction and the cumulative volume of agent released.
