This simulator renders the laminate in 3D and streams water molecules and a chosen dissolved species — Na⁺, Mg²⁺ or a bulky organic dye — into the stack, letting each particle attempt to cross the interlayer gap. Whether it passes or bounces back depends on comparing its hydrated diameter against the effective channel opening (interlayer spacing minus the bound water monolayer on each wall), exactly the size-exclusion mechanism reported for real GO membranes. Sliders for interlayer spacing, laminate thickness and applied pressure drive live readouts of water permeance, solute rejection rate, and a running passed/blocked tally.
