Photocatalytic Self-Cleaning Surface: Grime-Field Kinetics (2D)

This is the 2D-native counterpart to the 3D instanced-grime self-cleaning tile simulator. Rather than orbiting rendered icosahedra and a lathed droplet mesh, it plots the quantities that actually generate the physics: a top-down grime concentration field simulated cell-by-cell on a grid, a wetting cross-section built from the exact same spherical-cap geometry that governs the 3D droplet's shape, and a live semi-log kinetics plot that exposes the pseudo first-order rate constant as a straight line's slope. Toggle the UV lamp, tune irradiance and contaminant loading, recoat the tile, and rinse with water to watch coupled photocatalytic oxidation and photoinduced superhydrophilicity play out as the field and geometry they actually are.
