Crushed demolition concrete can replace some of the virgin gravel in a fresh concrete mix, but every recycled particle drags along a shell of old, porous mortar that weakens the new mix and soaks up more water. This 2D lab draws a pannable, zoomable cross-section of a test specimen whose coarse aggregate is a real mix of grey virgin stone and brown recycled aggregate, tunes the water-cement ratio and curing age, and predicts 28-day-equivalent compressive strength from an Abrams'-law baseline combined with an empirical RCA strength-reduction factor and an ACI 209 curing-gain curve. Press Run Compression Test to ramp a virtual press on the specimen — the live stress-strain curve builds up until it reaches the predicted strength, the specimen visibly cracks, and the curve rolls over exactly like a real cylinder break test, while a second panel sweeps predicted strength across the full 0-100% RCA range for the current mix so you can see where your setting sits.
