Raw substrate Mycelium-bound

Mycelium Colonization Front (2D)

A 2D reaction-diffusion take on the Mycelium Composite Growth Lab: rather than orbiting a voxel block, watch the colonization front itself propagate across a substrate sheet as a continuous field, solved live with the Fisher-KPP equation — the same mathematics used to model wildfire fronts, epidemic spread and population invasions. Temperature and humidity sliders drive the local growth rate exactly as they do in a production incubation tent, fiber content trades spread speed for final strength, and the live readouts track colonized fraction, bulk density, compressive strength and CO₂e avoided against a same-size block of virgin EPS foam.
