Smartwatch Ambient Mode Power Budget

Every smartwatch OS — watchOS, Wear OS — spends most of its energy budget on the display, not the sensors. This simulator renders a 3D AMOLED watch face as a ring of individually lit pixels and drives a real power-accounting model: ambient (always-on) mode keeps only a sparse dim subset lit at a low refresh rate, while active mode lights the whole panel bright at 60 Hz. Complication refreshes, phone BLE sync events and raise-to-wake gestures each add their own energy cost per occurrence, and the projected battery life is integrated live from instantaneous draw against a configurable battery capacity — the same accounting real wearable firmware uses to hit its advertised runtime.
