⚛️ Wave Function

In quantum mechanics, the wave function is a complex-valued mathematical description of a particle's or system's quantum state, whose squared magnitude gives the probability density of finding the particle at a given position. It evolves smoothly according to the Schrödinger equation until a measurement causes it to 'collapse' onto a single observed outcome.
