๐ Quaternion Rotation
A quaternion is a four-component extension of complex numbers that represents 3D rotations compactly and without the gimbal-lock singularities that plague Euler angles. Quaternions can be smoothly interpolated (slerp) between orientations, which is why they are the standard rotation representation in 3D graphics, robotics and spacecraft attitude control.
