💧 Fluid Viscosity

Viscosity is a fluid's internal resistance to flow, caused by friction between its molecules as adjacent layers slide past each other at different speeds. Honey has high viscosity and flows sluggishly; water and air have low viscosity and flow easily — the property is central to lubrication, aerodynamics and every real-time fluid simulation.
