△ Delaunay Triangulation

A Delaunay triangulation connects a set of points into triangles such that no point lies inside the circumcircle of any triangle, which maximises the minimum angle across all triangles and avoids thin, needle-like slivers. It is the mathematical dual of the Voronoi diagram and is widely used for terrain meshing, finite-element analysis and computational geometry.
