๐Ÿงฌ Cellular Genetic Algorithm

A cellular genetic algorithm is a variant of the genetic algorithm in which individuals are arranged on a grid (like a cellular automaton) and can only mate and compete with their immediate neighbours instead of the whole population. This spatial structure slows the spread of good solutions, preserving diversity and helping avoid premature convergence on evolutionary search problems.
