B92 Quantum Key Distribution

This simulator runs the B92 quantum-key-distribution protocol photon by photon in 3D. Alice encodes each bit as one of two non-orthogonal polarization states, Bob measures every incoming photon in a randomly chosen basis and keeps only the conclusive outcomes, and the surviving bits become a shared sifted key. Flip on the eavesdropper to see an intercept-resend attack in action: Eve measures and re-prepares every photon in transit, and because she cannot reliably distinguish non-orthogonal states either, her tampering injects a measurable quantum-bit-error-rate spike into the sifted key — the live statistics panel turns the abstract "quantum security" claim into a number you can watch appear.
