Design and evolve a population of organisms toward an optimized "perfect life" by directing artificial selection between two quantitative traits, Body Size and Speed, each controlled by a real polygenic model of 22 diploid loci. Because the underlying loci are genetically correlated, pushing one trait up drags the other down — an authentic antagonistic-pleiotropy trade-off, not a scripted penalty — and breeding too intensely for a single generation after generation visibly erodes population heterozygosity, raising the inbreeding coefficient and showing the real biological cost of manipulating a genetic code toward a single ideal.
