Art Exhibition Lighting Lab

This interactive virtual art exhibition puts you behind the lighting board of a small gallery hang. A single track spotlight illuminates a procedurally generated painting rendered live onto a canvas texture, and every control maps to a real physical or algorithmic rule: colour temperature follows the Planckian-locus blackbody approximation used to rate real lamps in Kelvin, illuminance at the canvas follows the inverse-square law as you raise or lower the fixture, and the beam cone angle sets exactly how much wall the light actually covers. Regenerate the artwork at any time to compare a Perlin-flow-field stroke painting, a set of orbiting parametric arcs, or a fractured shard composition under the same lighting rig, and watch the live CCT, illuminance and beam-diameter readouts track your changes in real time.
