Turrets and walls rise progressively from the beach as waves lap the shore and seagulls glide overhead. Each block is scaled from zero height using a per-part delay timer and an exponential lerp, giving a staggered "growing from the sand" construction sequence. The rolling ocean surface is a displaced plane mesh whose vertex heights are recomputed every frame from layered sine waves, while five seagulls fly procedural circular paths above the shoreline.
