Teratogen River Plume: Exposure Threshold Simulator

A discharge pipe releases a teratogenic pollutant into a river, and a real 1-D advection-diffusion-decay solver carries the plume downstream in 3D, cell by cell, frame by frame. A monitoring station reports live concentration against a regulatory NOAEL limit, while a downstream population of embryo markers turns red according to a logistic dose-response curve driven by cumulative exposure over a configurable gestational window — turning an abstract "safe exposure limit" into a visible, controllable population-risk outcome.
