🔬 What It Demonstrates

A stooped lift with a bent back multiplies the estimated spinal load compared with a squat lift, taller hive stacks sway more and are less stable, PPE sharply cuts sting exposure risk, and a lone-worker beacon shows how a missed check-in escalates from green to red.

🎮 How to Use

Set the super weight and lift technique to watch the colour-coded spine bend, drag the stack-height slider to see the boxes sway, toggle PPE on or off, and set a check-in interval — then press Check In to reset the beacon before it goes red.

💡 Did You Know?

A full Langstroth honey super can weigh 25–30kg, and commercial beekeepers may lift dozens of them per apiary visit — manual handling injuries are a leading cause of lost time in beekeeping operations, not stings.
