Quality Assurance Line: Rolled Throughput Yield

This simulator models the core mechanic of an industrial quality-assurance process: a multi-station inspection line that units flow through in real time. Every unit spawns with a probability of carrying a hidden defect, then travels past a chain of inspection stations, each with an adjustable detection effectiveness. A caught defect is sent to rework; a missed one silently escapes downstream — exactly the "hidden factory" behaviour that makes Rolled Throughput Yield (RTY) always lower than any single station's yield. Tune each station's rigor, adjust the incoming defect rate, or apply a corrective action to fix the process at its source, and watch RTY, estimated defects-per-million-opportunities (DPMO), and shipped/scrapped counts update live as units stream through the 3D line.
