OEE Line Simulator: Lean Manufacturing Andon Line

This simulator models a single station on a lean manufacturing line and computes Overall Equipment Effectiveness — Availability × Performance × Quality — live from what actually happens on the conveyor, not from a canned animation. Parts move down a real 3D conveyor toward an inspection gate; you set the ideal cycle time, dial in how often unplanned micro-stops interrupt the line, and set a baseline defect rate that worsens the faster the line runs relative to its ideal rhythm. Pulling the Andon cord stops the station immediately (jidoka — stop-the-line quality control) and running an SMED changeover simulates a deliberate short retooling stop, both trading Availability for Quality exactly as they do on a physical line. Live counters track good units, scrapped units, accumulated downtime and shift time, with the three OEE factor bars updating every cycle.
