A safety-critical product is only as reliable as its weakest joint. This simulator loads a 3D product chassis carrying 24 fastener joints, drives each one along a real stress-strain curve (σ = Eε) toward its material's yield strength, and converts the resulting safety factor into a failure probability with a logistic reliability model — the same shape engineers use for scatter in real manufactured parts. An FMEA-style Risk Priority Number panel (Probability × Severity × Detection) shows how design engineers actually triage hazards, and a redundancy slider demonstrates the core lesson of fail-safe design: backing a joint with N parallel fasteners collapses system-level failure probability to P(fail)^N, turning a marginal safety factor into a safe one without changing the load at all.
