This simulator models the mechanical core of a roller (rotary) peristaltic pump: a rotor carrying two to four rollers spins inside a curved housing, pressing a flexible tube shut against the track as each roller passes and driving the fluid ahead of it forward one occluded arc at a time. Tune rotor speed, roller count, tube bore diameter and occlusion depth to see how the average flow rate and the flow's pulsation ripple respond independently — average throughput tracks RPM and tube cross-section, while pulsation smooths out as more rollers overlap their occlusion zones, and under-compression lets fluid slip backward past an incompletely sealed roller.
