Overland Conveyor
A troughed belt conveyor carries bulk material up an incline. Drag sliders to see how speed, load and geometry change capacity, motor power and belt tension — real conveyor-engineering formulas, not decoration.

Capacity Q = 3.6·A·v·ρ. Effective tension Te = 1.1·(friction resistance + lift resistance). Drive tension ratio T1/T2 from Euler's capstan equation (wrap 180°, μ≈0.35). A negative incline can make Te negative — the motor then holds the belt back (regenerative braking) instead of driving it.
