Holographic interferometry turns two recorded wavefronts — before and after a structure deforms — into a whole-field contour map of displacement, one fringe at a time. This simulator loads a cantilever panel with a real Euler–Bernoulli bending solution and renders the resulting fringe pattern directly from the sensitivity-vector equation N = 2·d·cos(θ/2)/λ, the same relation used to interpret real double-exposure and ESPI interferograms in non-destructive testing. Adjust the applied load, laser wavelength, illumination/observation angle and panel material or thickness, and watch the fringe density respond exactly as the physics dictates, with live readouts for peak displacement, fringe order at the free edge, and local fringe spacing.
