Holographic Interferometry Fringe Map — the 2D Companion

This is the flat, plan-view counterpart to the 3D holographic interferometry simulator: instead of a tilted deformed mesh colored by fringe order, it renders the real double-exposure interferogram directly as a 2D intensity field I(x,y) = cos²(πN(x,y)), computed pixel-by-pixel from the same sensitivity-vector equation N = 2·d·cos(θ/2)/λ over a cantilever panel under Euler–Bernoulli bending. It goes further than the beam-only 3D model by adding genuine anticlastic (Poisson) curvature across the panel's width — κy = −ν·κx(x) — so fringes curve across the width the way a real loaded plate's do, with a toggle to compare against the pure 1D beam field and a live readout of exactly how much the two diverge.
