Aggregate Screening Plant Simulator (2D)

This 2D side-view simulator models a real 3-deck vibrating screen used to sort quarried rock by size: particles of random size drop onto the top deck and only fall through to the next deck if they are smaller than that deck's mesh aperture (45 mm, then 20 mm, then 9 mm), otherwise they ride off as that deck's oversize product. Tune the vibration frequency and amplitude to change the G-force driving the screen and watch the trade-off play out live — too little vibration lets large particles blind the mesh and trap fines underneath, too much shortens the time each particle spends over the holes — while a live histogram tracks the true size distribution landing in each of the four output streams.
