Wind Turbine Power-Curve Optimizer

This simulation explores the factors affecting wind turbine performance — blade pitch angle, tip-speed ratio, tower height and wind speed — and demonstrates how optimizing them maximizes energy capture from the wind. A rendered 3D turbine spins at the resulting rotor speed while a live power-coefficient curve shows exactly where the current settings sit relative to the theoretical Betz limit, and an optimizer sweeps the control surface to find the true maximum-power point for the chosen wind conditions.
