Wind Turbine Blade Fatigue Loading: Haigh Diagram (2D)

This is the 2D-native counterpart to the 3D wind-turbine blade fatigue simulator. Rather than orbiting a rendered rotor, it plots the quantities that actually generate the physics: a scrolling root-stress waveform combining the gravity-driven load reversal with rotationally-sampled turbulence, a live Haigh (Goodman) diagram plotting each cycle's mean stress against its amplitude against constant-life boundaries, and the material's own Basquin S-N curve with the current cycle's Goodman-corrected point marked on it. The same Goodman mean-stress correction and Basquin power-law life model feed a Miner's-rule damage accumulator exactly as in the 3D version — turbulence intensity widens the stress swing (and, because life falls with roughly the tenth power of amplitude for composite laminates, dominates fatigue life far more than mean wind speed does), while wind speed and rotor speed shift the mean stress and the cycling rate respectively.
