Conservation Voltage Reduction — Sweep-Convergence & ZIP-Curve Lab (2D)

This 2D companion to the 3D smart-grid feeder simulator solves the identical backward-forward power-flow sweep over a radial feeder of ZIP-model household loads, but represents it entirely differently: as an iteration-by-iteration convergence heatmap, a shaded voltage-profile chart against the ANSI C84.1 band, and a ZIP power-demand curve family — rather than a spatial row of houses along a wire. Lower the substation tap voltage and watch every row of the heatmap settle onto a new converged profile within a handful of iterations, while the demand curve panel shows directly why constant-impedance loads (k=2) respond strongly to Conservation Voltage Reduction while constant-power loads (k=0) do not respond at all.
