Force Field Deflector: Inverse-Square Shield Simulator

This simulation models a force-field generator projecting a spherical energy shield around itself, exactly the kind of defensive or containment field described in speculative engineering: a repulsive field whose strength follows an inverse-square law pushes matter away from (or holds it inside) a protected volume. Every impact costs stored field energy, which recharges over time — so the shield can be overwhelmed if projectiles arrive faster than it can recover, and once its energy reserve is exhausted the field visibly flickers and fails, letting projectiles straight through. Toggle between Deflect mode, where the field repels incoming projectiles for defense, and Contain mode, where the same inverse-square force is reversed to hold particles inside a containment volume, and tune field strength, radius and recharge rate to find the balance between a shield that holds and one that collapses under sustained impact.
