Classroom Time-Block Attention Simulator

Effective teaching time management is not just fitting content into a clock — it is scheduling activity types so that student attention, which decays predictably the longer any single passive activity runs, gets reset before it collapses. This simulator lets you build a real class-period schedule from lecture, discussion, hands-on-activity and break blocks, then plays it out over a 3D classroom of 30 students whose individual attention levels follow a vigilance-decrement curve — fast decay during lecture, slower during discussion and hands-on work, full recovery during breaks, with a cumulative fatigue term that lowers the ceiling students return to as the period wears on. Live readouts track class-average attention, a minute-equivalent "effective learning" score (the time-integral of attention actually available for learning), and total attention lapses, so you can directly compare — say — one 24-minute unbroken lecture against three 8-minute blocks split by breaks, and see which schedule teaches more.
