Presenting well is not just stagecraft — it is managing a room's limited cognitive capacity in real time. This simulator puts 30 students in a live classroom, each with a fixed baseline receptivity, and drives their attention with the same cognitive-load / lecture-attention-curve model used in educational-psychology research: speaking pace and slide information density set a cognitive load, and attention decays exponentially from a post-interrupt peak toward a fatigue floor at a rate that speeds up as load rises. Pull the pace or slide-density sliders too far and the whole room slides toward red; fire a pattern-interrupt pause — or space them out with the frequency slider — and every student's decay clock resets toward their peak, visibly straightening posture and brightening colour. Vocal variety and gesture raise how high that peak can go. Live readouts track class-average attention, cognitive load, and a running retention score so you can see, second by second, which delivery choices actually keep a room learning.
