This simulation models the process of providing and receiving feedback in a classroom, illustrating its measurable impact on student learning and motivation. Thirty simulated students are shown as bars in a 3D grid: bar height is skill mastery, bar color is motivation. A feedback round is delivered at the frequency you set, takes effect after your chosen delay, and its strength depends on how specific it is and how it balances praise against correction. Watch how immediate, specific, balanced feedback drives the whole class toward mastery, while delayed, vague or harshly corrective feedback stalls skill growth or quietly burns out motivation even as scores creep up.
