You're given a claim and shown one piece of evidence at a time — each tagged with a direction (supports or contradicts) and a reliability score reflecting source quality, from anonymous anecdotes to peer-reviewed meta-analyses. You set your belief with a slider after each piece of evidence, and the simulation computes the Bayes-optimal update from the same starting point using the log-odds rule ΔL = direction × reliability × k. A 3D gauge needle tracks your belief in real time against a ghost needle showing the rational target, while a running Critical Thinking Score measures how proportionally you respond to evidence quality and a Confirmation Bias Index flags whether you're over-weighting evidence that already agrees with you.
