Rubber-Band Car: Engineering Design Lab

This STEM education simulation puts the engineering design process in your hands: wind a torsion rubber-band motor, choose a drive-wheel radius, set the axle friction and the car's mass, then launch it down a 3D track. The physics is real — elastic energy stored as E = ½kθ², a driving force that falls as the band unwinds, and rolling friction that eventually brings the car to rest — so every parameter change is a genuine hypothesis you can test, measure and use to redesign the car, exactly the "ask, imagine, plan, create, test, improve" loop taught across science, technology, engineering and math classrooms.
