This simulation models how immersive learning environments turn attention into memory. A 3D knowledge graph represents the concepts of a VR lesson; a simulated learner moves through it one connected concept at a time, and the speed at which each concept gets encoded is driven by a presence-and-cognitive-load model built from Witmer & Singer's presence theory, Sweller's Cognitive Load Theory, and Mayer's active/generative-processing principle. Turn immersion up, switch between passive and active manipulation, and dial in background distraction to see presence, cognitive load and retention rate respond in real time, with the knowledge network visibly lighting up faster or stalling under overload.
