This simulator models each unit of course material as a knowledge item whose retention decays along the classic Ebbinghaus forgetting curve, with each review increasing the item's memory stability according to the spacing effect. Set a realistic weekly study-time budget, a motivation/autonomy multiplier, and a review strategy, then watch a field of glowing spheres — one per knowledge item — rise, fade and either recover or drop into forgotten territory as simulated weeks pass, with live readouts for average retention, items at risk, and total review sessions logged.
