Curriculum Development Pipeline

Building a new curriculum is not one step but a chain of four dependent stages: needs assessment, learning-objective definition, resource/content selection, and implementation readiness. This simulator turns that chain into an interactive 3D pipeline — allocate a limited effort budget across the four stages and watch each one rise or sag as a glowing tower, with a particle stream between towers that visibly thins whenever the stage feeding it is weak. Because each stage's effectiveness is bounded by the quality of the stage before it, the simulation makes a core instructional-design principle tangible: a rushed needs assessment quietly caps everything you build on top of it, no matter how much effort goes into objectives or resources afterward. Live readouts track overall curriculum quality, learning-objective coverage, resource-selection efficiency and implementation readiness as you experiment with balanced, front-loaded, or randomized allocation strategies.
