Supply Chain Risk & Resilience Simulator

A procurement network rarely fails smoothly — it fails one supplier or one region at a time, and the difference between a shrug and a shutdown is how the network was built beforehand. This simulator models six suppliers across three regions feeding a single factory: every simulated day, independent supplier failures and correlated regional disasters can cut off part of the network, and the demand that can't be served locally has to come from a safety-stock buffer or an expensive emergency spot-market purchase. Three levers — supplier diversification, buffer target and global risk climate — plus a reactive-sourcing toggle let you trade cost against resilience, while live service-level, cost and buffer readouts show exactly what that trade bought you. Animated shipment flow along the network shows the sourcing weights in motion, and a manual disaster trigger lets you stress-test a chosen strategy on demand.
