🍯 Hot-Fill Honey Packaging

Jars travel down a live 3D bottling line — through a steam sterilisation tunnel, under a hot-fill nozzle, through a capping press, and finally a seal-check gate that sorts every jar into a shelf-stable stack or a reject crate.

🔬 What It Demonstrates

A seal only forms when sterilisation, fill temperature and cap torque are all within range at the same time — drop any one of them and the seal-check gate catches it, sorting the jar into the reject crate.

🎮 How to Use

Adjust fill temperature and cap torque to see the pass rate change, toggle the steam tunnel to see contamination risk flagged separately from seal failure, and speed up the line to watch throughput rise.

💡 Did You Know?

The classic canning-lid "pop" is the sound of the lid's centre snapping from a slight dome into a concave dimple as vacuum finally overcomes its spring-back — exactly the dimple animation shown at the seal-check gate.
