Warming-cabinet temperature and heat recovery drive energy intensity, while CIP water reuse drives water intensity; batch throughput changes how those fixed losses are spread per kilogram of honey produced.

Raise or lower the warming temperature and watch the cabinet glow and energy gauge respond. Toggle heat recovery to route waste heat back into the line, and drag the CIP reuse slider to grow or shrink the blue water-recycling loop.

💡 Did You Know?

Because honey is hygroscopic and heat-sensitive, many processors deliberately cap warming cabinets around 35–40°C rather than heating faster and hotter — a choice that protects flavour and enzymes while also using less energy per kilogram.
