Allee Effect: Population Extinction Threshold

Most population-growth simulators show logistic growth, where a small population always recovers. Real wildlife populations often don't work that way: below a critical density, mate-finding failure, loss of cooperative defense, and inbreeding depression push growth rate negative, sending the population to extinction even with no outside pressure. This simulator renders a live 3D colony whose individuals wander a bounded habitat, growing and thinning in real time according to the strong Allee effect equation.
