Environmental-education programs work by spreading eco-literacy through a community until it turns into everyday behavior — and that behavior, in aggregate, is what actually protects local ecosystems. This 2D counterpart models the community as a real small-world social network (Watts–Strogatz ring lattice with random rewiring) rather than a grid: each resident is a node with real graph neighbors and their own adoption threshold, moving through unaware, aware and practicing states driven jointly by Granovetter-style peer-threshold contagion and Bass-style external outreach. A lagging habitat-health index and a live adoption-vs-time strip chart track the emergent S-curve as it is genuinely computed step by step over the graph, letting you explore how outreach intensity, peer influence, threshold distribution and practice-adoption speed each shape a real education campaign's spread.
