DRM License Handshake & Signed-URL Streaming Security

This simulator visualizes the two layers that keep a video-streaming platform's content from being stolen or its CDN from being abused: a DRM license handshake that gates decryption behind a short-lived token, and time-limited, cryptographically signed URLs that CDN edge nodes verify before serving any segment. A legitimate client renews its license and pulls segments from a ring of edge nodes while a controllable stream of bot traffic tries to hit those same edges directly; a rolling-rate anomaly detector flags and quarantines any source whose request rate spikes well above the legitimate baseline, mirroring the bot-management heuristics real CDNs use in production.
