Accountable AI: Tamper-Evident Decision Ledger

Automated decisions — loan approvals, content moderation, fraud flags — need to be auditable after the fact, not just fair in the moment. This simulator renders a live hash-chained ledger in 3D: every simulated decision becomes a block cryptographically linked to the one before it, low-explainability calls get flagged for review, and you can pick a past block and deliberately tamper with it to watch the break propagate down the chain. It's the same tamper-evidence mechanism behind blockchains and Merkle trees, applied to the specific problem of holding automated decision systems accountable for what they did and when.
