Swarm Integrity: Chunk-Hash Verification in P2P File Sharing

File-sharing networks split a file into many small chunks and pull them from whichever peers happen to hold each one — which means any peer in the swarm can hand you corrupted or deliberately poisoned data. This simulator renders a live peer-to-peer swarm in 3D: a central downloader pulls chunks from a ring of peers, each incoming chunk is hashed with a real FNV-1a digest and checked against a trusted manifest, and peers that fail the check enough times are quarantined and cut off from future requests. Toggle hash verification off to see exactly how an unverified transfer lets a single malicious peer silently corrupt the reassembled file, and watch the swarm trust score track how much of the network is still provably clean.
