3D Network Topology Defense Simulator

A DDoS attack is fundamentally a graph problem: many spoofed peers, one bottleneck link, one target. This simulator renders that graph directly in 3D — a legitimate client node, a ring of botnet nodes whose count you control, a firewall node in the middle, and a server node beyond it. Packets travel physically along the graph's edges and the firewall makes an explicit per-packet decision when a packet reaches it: with stateful SYN-cookie inspection off, it can only see source addresses, and a spoofed botnet edge always looks legitimate, so the flood passes straight through. Turn inspection on and each attack packet is checked against the strictness slider instead, dropped in a flash at the node regardless of which edge it arrived on. Orbit the graph, resize the botnet, and watch the server node's glow track its load.
