Swarm Trust Map: Chunk-Hash Verification in P2P File Sharing

File-sharing networks split a file into many small chunks and pull them from whichever peers happen to hold each one — which means any peer in the swarm can hand you corrupted or deliberately poisoned data. This simulator renders a live peer-to-peer swarm as a 2D radial trust map: a central downloader pulls chunks from a ring of peers you can drag to rotate, each incoming chunk is hashed with a real FNV-1a digest and checked against a trusted manifest, and peers that fail the check enough times are quarantined and cut off from future requests. A dedicated hash-avalanche panel renders the actual 32 bits of the manifest hash against the last received hash so you can see, bit by bit, how far a single tampered byte pushes the digest — and a scrolling trust timeline tracks how much of the network stays provably clean as you toggle verification on and off.
